Please allow at least 5-7 business days for items to ship.

If the item received is damaged, please contact me directly within 48 hours of receiving the item and I will work with you on getting it repaired  in a timely fashion. 

I ship out all items using USPS which comes with tracking. I am not responsible for items lost by USPS.

Be sure to wash your hands after handling.  As an additional precaution, keep stained glass beyond the reach of your young ones!

CLEANING YOUR PIECE

I wash your panel multiple times before polishing and packing it, but sometimes bits of chemical may remain and, over time, result in a white "crust" along lead lines. You can get rid of this by gently scrubbing rough side of a sponge.

To dust your piece, use a dry cotton cloth, paper towel, or microfiber.  If there's dust gathered along a lead line, you may choose go at that with some qtips.

Avoid using harsh chemicals and products such as windex.
